“Banana!” – who doesn’t know this reputation? The little yellow helpers of Gru, the (former) supervillain, have conquered the world with their incomprehensible babble and clumsiness. Whether in “Despicable Me” or their own films: The Minions always cause chaos and laughter. Minions coloring pages are an absolute hit with children because they bring the good mood of the films directly to the painting table.

When coloring in the coloring pages, children can take on the role of Gru and create their own little army. Whether it’s tall Kevin, one-eyed Stuart or sweet little Bob with his teddy bear – every Minion has its own character. The simple shapes of the figures (they look a bit like yellow Tic-Tacs!) make them the ideal motif for painting beginners, while the many details such as glasses, dungarees and Gru’s crazy inventions also delight older fans.

Instructions for Minions coloring pages

First things first: get the yellow pen ready! Minions are bright yellow, and that is the main color for each image. There is also the classic denim blue for their dungarees as well as black for the gloves, boots and the Gru logo on the chest.

For the Minions’ glasses, a silver or gray pen works great to create the metallic look. When children design Minions coloring pages, they can also get creative: Why not paint an “Evil Minion” in purple? Or give the Minion colorful swimming trunks instead of dungarees? The humor in the films invites you to do nonsense while painting.
