Halloween Worksheet Matching
The matching activity is not just an ordinary game but also a great learning tool that trains observation skills and expands English vocabulary. Children learn to recognize symbols and practice key vocabulary such as pumpkin, bat, ghost, witch hat and spider, while also training their pencil grip along the way.
Here’s how it works, very simply: the child looks closely at each picture in the left column and then reads the matching English words in the right column. The task is to use a pencil to draw a straight line connecting the picture to the correct name. Note: each picture has only one correct answer. Once everything is connected, children can check the results together with parents or teachers.

How to Play
- Find the starting point (Start) at the beginning of the maze.

5 Creative Craft Ideas with Colored Halloween Pictures

Halloween Masks
You can easily turn the pictures into original Halloween masks. Print designs with large faces, such as a skull or Frankenstein monster, let your child color them to their heart’s content and glue the sheet onto sturdy cardboard. Once the glue has dried, cut along the edge of the face, carefully cut out two eye holes with a craft knife and punch a hole on each side for the ears. Finally, thread an elastic band through, and you have an inexpensive, quick and creative accessory for the party.
Muffin Picks / Cupcake Toppers
Another nice idea: use small designs of about 3 to 5 cm for homemade muffin picks. After coloring and careful cutting, the figures are attached with tape to a toothpick or small wooden skewer.
